To download your file
simply right-click on the 'Download Now' Button and click on the
'Save Target As' (see left) save to your desktop for easy retrieval
later.
The download file is compressed in zip format. To
open the zip files you will need Winzip, its free. Click the icon.
To read the document you will also need a Adobe PDF
